Our unique property is strictly ‘NO PETS’ due to the abundant wildlife on the property.
As avid conservationists, bird enthusiasts and wildlife photographers, we are passionate about protecting this property and the wildlife that inhabits it.
We wish to share this unique property with like-minded enthusiasts – this is not your typical holiday Airbnb – Kurringai Cottage is a special place for lovers of nature and birds and therefore we only accept bookings from guests wishing to enjoy the gifts this property offers.
Cancellation Policy Strict – Guests get a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
House Rules – NO PETS, No smoking or Vaping, Commercial photography and videography allowed, maximum number of guests 4, check in 2.00pm onwards, checkout before 11am.
CHECKING OUT – Used towels and linen to be placed in the Laundry for the cleaners to collect and launder.
All general rubbish is in a bin bag & placed into the red bin. All recycling rubbish is in the yellow bin
All lights are turned off
All split systems are turned off
All electric blankets if used are switched off
All windows are closed
All curtains and blinds are closed
All doors are closed and locked
Key is returned to the lock box and lock box is closed and secure
Lock box is closed and numbers jumbled so code is not exposed
The front gate MUST be closed and chain placed so the gate is closed and secure
